I had a fine from HOA because my tenant had bed-bugs and took longer that they expected and they add 100 a day fine we reach 3300 im trying for a while to contact HOA but they dont answer me,try to contact board member my e mails always un-unswered to day HOA office told me no one i can talk to ONLY ME because they answer to other home-owners I also asked to meet the board to dispute the fine no answered is this discrimination? From 2007 to 2013 we never had an election and the first election was last year when i told them what i thought all against me and now is the revenge there is one board member that owns about 40 condos so he does what he wants
