More details to this question:
my husband took my kids to work, on bring your child to work.his manger offer to buy candy for the kids. and she tell my 9 years daughter, make sure dad dosn't heart you. my daughter comes home with all the question .why she said that to me? would dad heart me?and why? I love daddy? my husband ask for promotion a week earlier, and she used my kids to send a message to my husband that he was not approved

the manager did not use good judgment in speaking to the children in a negative manner about their father. however, unless we can demonstrate that your husband lost the job based upon discrimination, there is no basis for a claim of action. the discrimination would have to be based upon race, religion, sexual orientation, etc.  ed dimon, esq.
