More details to this question:
I purchased a membership to a theme park online before attending. Upon arrival my children had to use the restroom. I asked the girl whom was helping me if my oldest daughter could take my youngest 2 children ages 2 and 3 to a restroom, she walked us to a mr. Bob with an out of order sign on it than said sorry, than we walked back to get our passes, still not having used a restroom. We wait a little while than asked another person she said there was only access to the one mr bob. They were having difficulty with processing my membership so I was sent to stand in yet another line, now with 4 children whom had to use the restroom. My tickets were already paid I had my reciept the barcodes on the pages I printed wouldn't scan. I asked a 3rd employee if my daughter could please take my 2 year old to the restroom and was again denied even after showing my paid admission receipt. This ended in my 2 year old crying and having an accident in line.
i agree with diana anderson's answer. see below. the theme park has bad business practices. however, i do not see any violation of your civil rights. ed dimon, esq.
I don't think this is a violation of civil rights. Were other people trying to get to the bathroom and were let in, while you were being denied? If everyone was directed to one bathroom, and there was a line, then that's a bad policy to not let your daughter use the restroom, but it doesn't appear to be a violation of your civil rights.
