If you have a bladder issue or some medical condition that requires you to use the restroom very frequently, then no, you cannot be fired for using the bathroom too much.  If your employer gets the idea that you are using the bathroom too much because you are trying to get out of your work duties, and you have no justifiable reason, then yes, you might.
