can i sue

More details to this question:
I worked for a big transportation company, not to mention there name, I was told i would have to fill out a new apllication because i missed signing a paper when i was not there, they changed me to casual worker, so i went in and told them ok i would do the it all over, so i got there and was given a english test on a computer, they said i failed it, so i said ok, can i take it over,they said no, i would have to wait 3 mnths, and bring them a certification from a school saying i complited a english traning , to make it short two weeks later i got a letter from a reporting agenc, saying i was not re hiered for not taking a drug test, if i did not pass how can i take a drug test, ps i have been at company for 4 years, and i know persons that work there that know less english them me.

these are difficult cases to win because the big companies have large law firms who will fight you every step of the way. you need to make a careful and detailed written record at the company via email. you must have statements from witnesses. you must have documentation. the alternative is seeing if we can get your job back. ed dimom
