QUESTION

Can I sue for pregnancy discrimination?

Asked on Mar 01st, 2016 on Discrimination - Ohio
More details to this question:
I went to turn in an application at Once Upon A Child. They took me in the back for an interview and started asking questions. I disclosed that I was 5 months pregnant and the manager then told me I was unqualified for the job because it involves lifting. I said I had talked to my doctor and it was fine for me to life. She then told me once I'm 8 months pregnant I won't be able to lift and she'll keep my application on file for after I have the baby and if I still want the job she will hire me. Can I file a pregnancy discrimination lawsuit for this?
