Asked on Jun 09th, 2020 on Civil Rights - Florida
More details to this question:
I was going full time to school for physical therapy assistant. The first time I tried I didn’t pass their intro class I come back and take the test and pass , I was doing grade in all the classes , but due to the pandemic they have us go online without asking us about our opinion on if we are online learning or give us some options. However they did told us in orientation that the program is a on campus program and can’t be teach online. I pass the first online class. The second month I was having issue to find WiFi because we were affected by the pandemic and I couldn’t afford most of the bills including the Internet . I ended up with a D after I tried to contact my teacher about my grade and explain to her my situation. Now they won’t let me continue the program they don’t want to give me the opportunity to retake on the exam or come to continue when I did tell them I was not a online learner.

If anything, this would be a suit for breach of contract. It seems that the weight of the evidence is against you
