Can I sue winco ?

More details to this question:
I was shopping very busey day I had a hand full of items I put a pack of koolade in my pocket to free my hand went to the checkout bagged my groceries and handed the clerk 200 dollars as I exited the store the security grabbed my and forced me into the stair well I was resisting and tried to stop him from taking me in the stair well one of his co workers kicked my legs off the wall it was so wrong the people that witnessed the indecent told him to take his hands off me and called the cops on them he had put the cuffs on me so tight I could not move as he slammed my face in the wall hard the items was not over five dollars and I just gave them two hundred dollars to b treated like that I've never been more scared in my life

It sounds like your civil rights were definitely violated by the unnecessary assault/battery performed by the Winco security guards.  When did this happen, and at which location?  Please contact me about handling your case.
