the police stopped me because someone reported me driving erratically. They gave breath test and I pass the test {blew zero}I told them I was on my way to the hospital because I was no feeling well. then they thought I was on drugs, Gave me an felony DWI without a blood test which I did say, I would I was willing to submit to yet the held me for 4-5 hours knowing I wasn't feeling well. when they finally call for the ambulance I was so sick that I went into respiratory failure and had to be place in induce coma and place on life support was in ICU for five days. The Doctor told me that if was detain any at the police station, I would of surely died.
