Can someone be arrested for making hateful posts on a social media website?

Alexandra Obeng makes hateful posts and against obese people, deformed people, people with cancer, jews, etc on Instagram under the username @glad.ariana.grandpa.dead. People ask for it to be deleted and it was but she made a new one and she's still posting terrible things. She needs to be stopped for good.

Is this your supervisor? You should review your employee handbook and report any harassment if you believe that the harassment and hostility is directed towards you. You may want to consult an employment attorney.
