Child bullied by teachers

Child was told to kill herself,go hang yourself and die. My daughter struck the teacher twice in the back and in the head. Some how my child information was shared when this matter was to remain private. My daughter received 10 days out of school. Another teacher call her a fat ass to her face last week. My daughter suffers severely from depression, anxiety, ADHD, defiant behavior, and in the past suicidal attempts. I am seeking help as to what direction I need to go. The School Board was made aware of the constant insults, bullying and humiliation from teachers and nothing still hasn't been done. I've requested for years an IEP and been constantly ignored. My daughter is even more depressed after what happened yesterday.There were other kids that heard her verbally attacked my daughter. And footage of the incident.
