I WAS ON MY WAY TO WORK AND I WAS HIT BY A DRIVER WHO RAN THOROUGH A STOP SIGN FOUND OUT LATER THAT HE DONT HAVE NO BODILY HARM INJURY SO MORGAN AND MORGAN HAD TO DROP MY CASE THE DRIVER HAS DIRECT GENERAL INSURANCE AND I WAS TOLD I WOULD HAVE TO SUE UNDER A CIVIL MATTER

If the at fault driver does not have bodily injury liability insurance and you do not have a UM policy, then it will be very difficult for you to find a lawyer willing to take this case. There may be however other sources of recovery independent of the lack of BI and UM policy coverages. For example, if he was driving drunk, you may be able to sue the tavern, if any, that served him alcohol, or if the driver was on the job, you may be able to sue his employer, or if he was driving someone else's car you may be able to sue the owner. Discuss in private with counsel.
