More details to this question:
Hi! I am a foreigner with a F2 visa, i used to live in USA with my ex husband. I left the country In December 2014. We rent an apartment in Newark NJ. I have a tough situation now, since I left the country not knowing that i will not return (I just planned to visit my relatives but I decided to stay since we broke up with my ex, during my leave). He promised to take under control all the questions containing the apartment (we both were official tenants) - payments and other stuff and he will move out. Basically, I was writing to the owner of the apartment, questioning what is the current situation , are there any problems and so on, but I did not receive any answer from him. So I guessed that my ex solved all the problems. But months later I checked for my criminal record in USA and I have found that there was a case against me in court on March 2015. I have no idea why, and what to do now since I am planning to come back to USA eventually, but this may stop my travel there.
