someone filed a complained against me to police and police closed the case as unfounded. one month After closing the case that person emailed my department head that i harassed her and i have a low character and indicated my religion , so that kick me out of my job.I have my job but i lost my honor. I didn't do anything to her and i have enough proof. can I file a case of defamation ?
