I worked for an Italian Language School for 15 years, the Owner died, and the owners family gifted the School to Hunter College. The Family/ and Hunter wrote in a contract, that we were covered for a year with the same position. After 3 years they laid me off..their reason? downsizing, But they hired 2 young people. I'm 63 years old. Is that discrimination?
