QUESTION

Do I have a case

Asked on May 11th, 2013 on Discrimination - New Jersey
More details to this question:
My wife was fired after she requested an unpaid personal leave for the birth of our child. She wa told verbally that she would be up for rehire and her position would not be posted unless the school needed to fill her position. They decided to post her position and the are now considering other applicants for her position, and my wife is scheduled to return to work in 9 days. Many people including people at her job is saying that there is something wrong with this. Does she have a case?
