do I have a case if being harrassed by coworker?

More details to this question:
Am 68 years old, am being harassed by an fellow employee who yelled at me over a misunderstanding on her part. Now she is constantly bringing it up and went to our superior complaining that I was rude to her because I walked away rather than argue.

you must give written notice to the employer of the basis for discrimination and then give the employer the opportunity to correct the problem. the key to succes is the failure of the employer to remedy the problem after having been given notice. ed dimon, esq.
