My previous employer allowed others to harass me about my age, name call, make threats and cause me to quit. I was afraid for my safety. Now my separation notice says I was terminated for personal reasons.
As far as suing your employer for wrongful termination, you have no case. However, you do have a right to know what it is you were terminated for especially if you want to file for unemployment benefits.
