QUESTION

Do I have a chance?

Asked on Aug 02nd, 2014 on Civil Rights - New Jersey
More details to this question:
I was arrested in my own home earlier July because I told the police who were responding to a dv call from a neighbor that I would come outside and talk but they were not consented to come into my home. When they arrived my boyfriend was calmly sitting outside while I was inside of my home. They told be that if I did not let them in they would arrest me. After repeating they have no consent to come in I opened my door and an officer pulled me out and arrested me for disorderly conduct and obstruction of justice. Is it not my right to refuse consent. ? I feel I was unlawfully arrested.
