More details to this question:
10-24 i went to walgreens in bridgeton around 8:45 to get a bag of sugar. This spanish girl saw me go to the sugar isle and told her manager that i stole some medication and never seen me walk to the medication isle or pharmacy. I feel like i was decriminated because im black. Mind you, i never bought the sugar because i didnt have enough and i walked straight out the store mad. So afterwards, i got to the end of the building, i got called back to the door. Its all on camera. I told them to call the cops and check me and pulled my wallet out and told them i got money. But i went to the store for somebody else.

Were you arrested ? Were you charged ? The employee statements to the police are crucial. The review of the video is crucial. The question is whether there was 'reasonable suspicion'to stop and question you. We need this information and the video to give you the proper answer. Please call to discuss. Ed Dimon
