do i still have a lawsuit

I couldn't find a lawyer who would take my case my baby was born dead due to umbilical cord wrapped around the neck and I went to o.b.g.y.n and they didn't do no ultra sound and I was a week past due and told them my baby was not moving they stated the baby was fine in the documents. they were closing when I showed up and turned lights out on me. I didn't think I had a case because my lawyer wouldn't take it to my knowledge I didn't think I could still go ahead with this suit.
