Does he have a case for wrongful termination?

More details to this question:
My son was fired for not being "productive" he was hired knowing he had a disability and it seems he was fired for having a disability. He was told he couldn't do some jobs at this hardware store, all the managers where told. Then a new manager was hired and from day one had an attitude with my son, he just wanted him gone.

Sounds like an open and shut discrimination case, you definitely need counsel specializing in this field.
What was done to your son is a disgrace.
