Does my daughter have to take the transfer ??

More details to this question:
My daughter works for Super cuts which is privately owned . She has been there for about a year. The salon if 5 minutes from where she lives. IIn October2016 she developed a brain bleed and was hospitalized. She was out of work for about 2 months. She suffers from depression and when the brain bleed occurred the hospital took her off her meds feeling that the medication she was on was the reason for the bleed. It has been up and down for her causing her a lot of distress. She has not lost much work though. It has been hard on her because she is trying different medication to ease the depression and anxiety. Her manager at work is aware of all this. Her manager today told her they are transferring her to a different that is 45 minutes from where she lives. She didn’t get hired at that salon so she doesn’t know why a transfer. Apparently all the employees are telling this manager ( who they are friends with by the way) lies about my daughter about things that never happened.

Your daughter should work with her employer. She may have to take the transfer. I would see if the employer would take into consideration your daughter's medical condition so that she would not have to commute. Ed Dimon
