Does this constitute Illegal search and seizure?

I feel violated and all purchases from Home Depot was accounted for after Home depot searched my vehicle without my consent . During the search of my vehicle 847.00 dollars cash was taken from a envelope I had in my vehicle. I have made a police report on the cash taken and reported to the police what the staff and manager searched my vehicle without my consent. What attorney do i contact . Do I have a law suit against Home Depot. The whole incident caused me a tremedous amount of emotional trauma during the ordeal .
