More details to this question:
I have a 20 year old son that did not register for the draft. My other son just turned 18 yesterday and so I just found out he is supposed to register. What happens if they don't register...and what about the 20 year old? Will it be worse for him to try to register now?

Go to the selective service website. It explains that your Don can still register. They explain the limitation that it can be done until age 26.
