QUESTION

EEOC found in my favor

Asked on Jan 21st, 2014 on Discrimination - New York
More details to this question:
I had filed a discrimination case in 2007 and the EEOC just informed me that after their review they found in my favor. I am not sure if this means that I can file a lawsuit based on their findings but I am looking for information as to what I should be doing next.
