More details to this question:
I recently applied for assistant managers position with dollar general and was offered the position I accepted received my new hire paperwork via email. then a day later had my job rescinded from me via phone due to my visual inability to drive. I was completely forth coming about my visual disability during the interview and no where in the job requirement did it state that a liscence was required. I have 6 years of retail management experience where this has never been an issue. do I have a discrimination suit. I've also already put in my 2 weeks at my current job

You should contact an employment attorney. If driving is not required in order to perform the duties within the assistant manager position, then you may have a legal claim against your employer based upon disability discrimination.
