In our area, public places are permitting certain individuals to hand out literature based only on propaganda. If our people go there to present literature with another viewpoint, can they be told to leave while the others are permitted to stay?

So if your freedom of speech is being restricted based on the content of your viewpoint, in a public forum, then the court will analyze the restriction based upon the strict scrutiny test. If in fact they cannot prove this , Then you have a case against them and can recover attorneys fees as well as injunctive relief.
