False imprisonment

More details to this question:
Me and my husband was falsely arrested on a indictment Nov 16th 2018 I got out Dec 14th and my husband got out Dec 20th they had dropped all charges against us he was under a different name while in jail wasn't even him

T.C.A. § 29-20-205 titled "Public officers and employees; negligent acts or omissions" states that immunity from suit of all governmental entities is removed for injury proximately caused by a negligent act or omission of any employee within the scope of his employment except if the injury arises out of: False imprisonment pursuant to a mittimus from a court, false arrest...Based upon the facts that you described, you do not have a case.
