More details to this question:
i am a mother of two girls. Both my children have said to their teachers that "mommy is at the bar" . I am a hard working woman, I work in oral surgery, and I also have bartended on Saturdays for 20 years for extra income. I am also a psych student in my 40's, pursuing my bachelors degree. Because my daughter has a difficult way of learning, easily distracted, the school had called DCF on me to see how we live. I feel extremely violated, I am starting to become extremely stressed out. They can not find anything wrong that I have done, but I keep getting calls from DCF because of suspicions and assumptions
I'm not certain there is a question here but you should have a capable attorney or firm prepared if and when this escalates to a point that you need counsel. Its terrible what is happening to you and I understand that you feel like a dart board but the system in place allows for these investigations by DCF. It would be a very good idea for you to sit down with a family attorney. Feel free to contact us at 203-870-6700.
