Finding a civil rights attorney in New Jersey

I am having a hard time finding a civil rights attorney to file a law suit against a police department for violation of civil rights, Specifically to file suit in federal court undert title 42 section 1983. Police officers siezed my place of business, took my keys and turned them over back to landlord and fabricated a court order. Any direction would help
