Getting married in one state but living in another

More details to this question:
If someone gets married in Tennessee, but they live in NJ, is the marriage still valid and legal? And how long after can a marriage be annulled?

the marriage is recognized in NJ. it is legal. what is the basis for the annulment ? ed dimon, esq.

Yes - marriages performed in one state are valid in another state.  If you were married in Tennessee your ability to get the marriage annulled will depend on Tennessee law.
