Was let go yesterday with 16 years service. PIP was initiated in May and have been enduring hostile enviroment since that time. I am deaf and due to neglect with not knowing that I had to request accomodations, this was done and approved in Oct. Nothing however was done to implement it. I can provide pages of emails/documentation showing hostile and discrimination.

If you were terminated because of your disability and/or if your employer refused to provide reasonable accommodations to allow you to do your job, then you may have legal claims under the Americans with Disabilities Act.
