FDA, HOMELAND SECURITY, DEA CAME TO MY MOTHERS HOUSE IN JUNE WITH A SEARCH WARRANT. NO ONE HOME AND THEY PICK LOCK ON THE FRONT DOOR AND ENTERED THE HOUSE, THEY BROKE BEDROOM DOORS AND SMASHED THINGS IN THE HOUSE. THEY TOOK PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION HGH ( HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE ) TESTOSTERONE, INSULIN DIABETIC SUPPLIES OF MIND. THEY TOOK MY NIECES PREGNANCY TEST. THESE ITEMS WHERE NOT ON THE SEARCH AND SEIZURE WARRANT. THEY LEFT A COPY OF A HAND WRITTEN INVENTORY SHEET WITH NO SIGNATURE, THEY WROTE DOWN THEY TOOK 36 KITS HGH HUMAN GROWTH HORMONE, THEN SCIBBLE OVER THAT AND WROTE 6 KITS. IN THEIR INVENTORY THEY CLAIM TO HAVE ONLY 10. SEARCH DOES NOT SAY TO TAKE PREGNANCY KIT OR PPRESCRIPTION MEDICATION AND THEY WILL NOT GIVE IT BACK. 15000 DOLLARS WAS TAKEN AND THEN THEY SAID THEY DIDN'T TAKE IT. IN OCTOBER THEY CAM AGAIN WITH THE SAME SEARCH WARRANT AND INDICATED ON HEALTH CARE FRAUD 10 COUNTS. THEY TOOK ALL THE SAME PRESCRIPTION MEDICATION THAT I NEED TO LIVE.

the search warrant protects the police if they followed the dictates of the warrant. you can bring a civil action against the police but the cost is very very expensive and you ahve the burden of proving the wrongful actions of the police. most difficult. we will review the case and give you a written opinion of the case law and merits of your position. you would then know whether you could proceed. the cost would be $1500. ed dimon
