hello.. i have some questions

Hello im dillon.. The incident that i am explaining happend in another part of tennessee, which is called Pikeville,Tn. My girlfriend had gotten an apartment at Colonial Manor in Pikeville,Tn. which i was in process to be on the lease..2 months pending and still was not on there. This lady just about hit my car as well as threw graving hitting my car driving fast, and kids were outside, around the parking lot and the speed limit is 15 mph, i simply asked the lady to slow down, she blocks me from pulling in my parking space, And an argument occurred. i was called the N word, which is nigger, Some people ran out of an apartment, and was yelling at me, im assuming it was the lady's daughter or something, and her boyfriend came out and was in my face yelling and screaming, then i was physically assaulted, he pushed me and i defended myself. They had to put the guy in handcuffs, and didnt hand cuff me put me in a patrol car and took me to jail, i was even gave a cigarette in the patrol car.
