how did i get fired and 15 others were involved in same action?

More details to this question:
i was getting married.another employee brought me a case of beer as a celebration gift/toast. at the end of the day, after work and off the clock, myself and 15 others drank 1 beer in company parking lot and left the premises immediately after. upon returning to work after honeymoon/vacation i was fired for the incident but no other employees who took part in the same actions did. i did not bring the beer, it was given to me, i was not the only one who drank a beer there were 15 others. i was the only female all others were male. do i have a case?

Assuming you are not protected by a Union, you probably do not have a case.  Do you think you were fired because you were a female?  If so, maybe.  But they can fire whoever they want as long as they don't discriminate against a protected class.
