QUESTION

How do I get my cloth back from my Ex

Asked on Jan 23rd, 2013 on Civil Rights - Texas
More details to this question:
My Ex and I had a long distance relationship. After the last time I visited him (I was already back in Europe) he broke up with me. It was unexpected and of course I left my belongings at his place, After asking him several month to send it he finally send a package. BUT he kept part of my cloth and again I am asking him already since a few month, But he comes up with another excuse or that he will send it but he never does. Additionally he is threatining me to throw it away in case I contact his friends or family to ask for my stuff. Since I am in Europe I can't just go to his place and pick it up. I am waiting already seven month. Can I do something legally to get him to send my cloth?
