How do I go about suing for discrimination and wrongful termination?

More details to this question:
Just got fired and supposedly I was fired because of attendance performance but I didn’t receive the proper warnings and I was embarrassed because I was told in front of everyone and have proof that On the day I was fired I walked in same time as 3 other employees and he said I was late and he changed their clock in time
