QUESTION

I believe my rights were violated. What can I do ?

More details to this question:
I was visiting my relatives in low income apartment in Newark, NJ (NHA). Suddenly came extermination workers and told us to leave apartment for 3 or 4 hours. When I told them, that they should give us note before and we not ready to leave right now they returned with police and super of the building and i was forced to leave apartment immediately. I believe my rights were violated. What can I do ?

I don't know what rights you believe were violated.  If the property was being exterminated, you would want to leave to not be subject to those chemicals.  You don't know if the occupants of the apartment were given plenty of notice, and maybe that notice just didn't get to you.
