More details to this question:
I had 3 utility trailers I was instructed by township to remove such trailers from my property I had a fellow go get the unit He had the police supervise He brought the smallest one to my residence. Next day the hamburg twp police came to check if it was my trailer They agreed that it was mine It had my plate on it That was in July of last year 5days later my brother licensed the trailer to himself and 2 days after that he reported it stolen August 13 of last year I was arrested for receiving stolen property In the police report I stated that I havent seen my trailer in 20 years If its not my trailer it could possibly be a mistake after my arrest I was put on probation and that lasted till March of this year wondering if I have a case of false arrest case #24-1872
