I did something stupid last year but it was for a good reason. My first husband and I separated in 2009 and havnt spoken since. Last year I found out he was living in Michigan and I was in love and having a baby by another man. I went to file for divorce but was not able to because I was pregnant at the time. The first husband was a child molester who raped his brother and was sent to prison. The courts wanted me to let the first husband take a paternity test even though I informed them it was not his child and in order to protect my child from that monster I married my babys father. Now my mother is blackmailing me sayin she is goin to put me in prison and ill never see my children again. Is there anyway put of this? I have never been in any kind of trouble. Please help

I think it is highly unlikely that you will get prosecuted for bigamy under these circumstances, and you ought to tell your mother where to shove it, and how hard she should do so.
That being said, this whole situation is a disaster, and you need to address it now. You need to whip out your checkbook, and go hire a lawyer who does divorces to help you sort out this mess. You can also contact legal services in your area if you don't have money to hire a lawyer. This "double marriage" problem is not going to go away. Address it now. A good lawyer will help you sort it out, help you get rid of the incarcerated husband, and move on.
