More details to this question:
I was in jail and became very dizzy asking the staff numerous times to call a doctor.they just yelled at me. I had a seizure, fell & cracked my head open and was in intensive care. They were negligent and I have a brain injury lost some vision, hearing constant ringing in ears, cannot remember or focus on things, complete loss of smell & taste. Among other things. I was in intensive care twice in four months and will never be able to work.If I go bankrupt will I lose my money and assets. I cannot pay almost a million dollars in medical bills. The facility refused to give me the proper medication which led me to intensive care the second time. My head is deformed from the stitches & I have a bald spot. The facility never cleaned or looked at my stitches & I havechronic headaches. I filled out a tort notice but do I need a 2nd one for the bills. There is so much more damaged disks broken vertebra..poor diet..the list goes on and on..Please give me some legal advice. thankj you
Sending a tort claim notice was a good start, but you will need to follow that up with a c omplaint seeking damages for the personal injury you suffered and the monetary loss you suffered for having to pay the bills. Please contact my office if you wold like assistance with this matter.
