Hired October 1st 2008 never missed a day of work until my knee surgery on April 14th 2011. I was terminated without just cause on June 24th 2011for throwing two packages. Unemployment ruled in my favor and against Fed Ex Ground they stated that there was no employee misconduct. This was all about firing me because I got hurt at work and my age at the time of my injury was 59!
