More details to this question:
I work for Walmart. Walmart pays a company called cross market. What this company do is send people to Walmart to provide demos on a new item. One day I was talking to one of the associate that works with this company, about me taking a seatbelt ticket in the backseat. I said "if I told the judge that I didn't know he will let me go." He said " no he won't " and then he walked toward my manager and said " the judge will not let him go because his an Muslim Egyptian terrorist. My manager went and told my upper manager. And they asked me and the manager to write a statement about what happened. And the guy was banned from our Walmart. My question is can I sue cross market company.

the employer must be given notice of the problem and then given the opportunity to rectify. here, you can the notice and walmart rectifed the problem. in similar fashion, the 'cross market company' had no notice of the problem and no opportunity to correct the problem. the suit would not be successful. ed dimon, esq.
