I will like to know if i can place a lawsuit to the parking company i work for.

I work for a parking company and inside the company there are rentals cars. Last week before my shift ended i placed the card for the rental in the drawer for the next morning and when i went to work on the afternoon an employee said i stole the card. The manager accused me of being a theft without no proof and i know i didnt steal the card. Am i able to file a lawsuit against the company?
