Plead down to a resisting arrest charge that stemmed from a police officer dislocating his shoulder while throwing me to the ground. I was originally charged with aggravated assault on a police officer but upon my attorneys advise, took the deal to avoid prison. Instead I received 2 years probation which I successfully completed. Is there some sort of post conviction relief I can get and restore my rights?
