i WAS TREATED WRONG ;BY HAVING TO DO MOST OF THE WORK IN MY EMPLOYMENT, I WAS THE ONLY AFICAN AMERICAN, MY RAISES WAS THE SAME AS RVERYONE ELSES, IF THOUGH THEY PUT MORE WORK ON ME.

Discrimination on the basis of race is unlawful. There are several things you would need to prove to be successful in such a claim.
