More details to this question:
The day treatment counselor felt my coping skills were off because I had knee surgery and after surgery I stayed overnight at my brothers and not the supportive living house that night so the three me out of the program and then I didn't report to parole for 2 weeks after 3 weeks I got arrested because parole had a warrant for my arrest because I hadn't reported to parole. The day treatment counselor felt I should have to go back to a 9 to 12 month treatment center this is why I didn't report to parole because I completed 97 at Willard correctional facility 6 months in a insight program in Utica Ny and them 3 months in supportive living and I graduated and completed them all so because I stayed at my brothers after surgery someone who met me a total of 4 times feels my coping skills are off and I should do 9 to 12 more months in treatment?? It's just not fair I feel the system is trying to fail me and I had no dirty urine for 20 months what time am I facing when I go to court
The problem you face is that you violated your parole. It was bad enough that you got kicked out of the program but then you did not report to your parole officer. Unfortunately you should expect to be put back in jail.
