More details to this question:
I'm a private investigator in nj, I was stoped by police after following one of their officers. I was stoped with guns drawn for célula removed from my vehicle at gun point, was not ask to show any identification and put in the back of a police car. They to ok me in handcuffs to the police station and got in my car without my permission by one of the officers to the police station. They tried to intimidate me by telling police should not be followed and let go with no tickets and never answering why I was being detain...I feel my constitutional right were violated.
