I have been made by the town of Romulus, NY to "clean up my property" due to my harassing neighbor. There are at least 5-6 homes in my area that are in the town of Romulus that are worse than mine. They are not made to clean up their property. We have received a letter stating that I even had a time limit to clean it up. Do I have a discrimination case against the town?

No. It is a local ordinance. Clean it up to avoid problems.
